This beautiful platinum brooch was made in the early 1900s.
It was probably originally a pendant that was later converted into a brooch by the additional of an 18ct white gold double pronged fitting.
In the centre of the brooch is an oval sapphire set amongst delicate diamond set filigree work with a diamond briolette drop.
